ConocoPhillips has announced two key management appointments for both Phillips 66, the new downstream-focused energy firm to be created when the company splits later this year, and the upstream arm which will retain the ConocoPhillips name. Clayton Reasor (pictured) has been named as Vice President for Investor Relations, Strategy and Corporate Affairs at Phillips 66, while Ellen DeSanctis will serve as Vice President for Investor Relations.
Reasor began his 30-year career in the oil and gas industry with Phillips Petroleum and currently acts as Vice President of Corporate and Investor Relations for ConocoPhillips. Greg Garland, Chairman-designate of Phillips 66, said Reasor’s appointment will advance the company's strategy to grow Phillips 66 into an industry-leading downstream company.
