USA: ConocoPhillips Adds to Executive Management Team

ConocoPhillips has confirmed several key appointments for the executive management team of Phillips 66, the independent downstream company to be created when the company splits its upstream and downstream arms.
Designated Chairman and CEO of Phillips66, Greg Garland, has named Lawrence M. Ziemba (the current President of Global Refining for ConocoPhillips) to his team. He will become Executive Vice President of refining with responsibility for major projects and procurement. Ziemba will continue in his current role until the companies split next year.
Matt Fox, former president of ConocoPhillips Canada, is becoming Executive Vice President of Exploration and Production at the upstream ConocoPhillips. Further updates on the management team for both companies will follow at a later date.
