Ukraine: SOCAR Reveals Expansion Plans

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has commissioned a new fuel service station for the Lviv region in Ukraine. Company President Rovnag Abdullayev attended the opening ceremony, along with representatives of the company's management and the head of the company's Ukrainian representative office, Elchin Mammadov.
SOCAR has also announced plans to increase the number of fuel service stations it operates in the country from 15 to 40 by the end of the year. Speaking to local media, a SOCAR spokesman said the company aimed to open 1,000 fuel service stations in the Ukraine under the SOCAR brand by 2025.
