UK: BP Sets Date For Third Quarter Results

Oil Major BP will announce its financial results for the third quarter of 2011 on October 25 at 07:00 BST. This will include a webcast with a presentation on the results, and a live question and answer session at 14:00 BST. Documents for the presentation will be made available before the event.
Q2 of 2011 saw BP bounce back strongly from the Deepwater Horizon incident, with second quarter replacement cost profit of $5.3bn. This was down by $172m on the company’s profit from the first quarter, but compared favourably with a loss of $16.9bn during the same period in 2010.
