develop new paths. In a unique alliance, Gilbarco Veeder-Root and the
Lantzerath Group combine their strengths!
In a time of significant market changes, Gilbarco Veeder-Root and the Lantzerath Group remain true to their roots. Both companies have grown organically through acquisitions in the context of strengthening their portfolios.
With immediate effect this multi country (Germany, Austria, Switzerland and France) strategic alliance gives the client base accesses to customer-oriented solutions from a single source. Customers will profit from strong positioning and the synergies resulting from economies of scale.
The strategic alliance, in which the best of the current partners of Gilbarco Veeder-Root and Lantzerath Group are integrated, provides comprehensive access to an all-embracing portfolio. With some 25 established sites across Europe and well over 1,000 employees, the alliance can provide expertise in all relevant sectors.
The alliance provides the complete product range for refueling and filling stations i.e. automated tank gauging systems, pumps and dispensers (including alternative fuels), Point-Of-Sales Systems, automation systems (OPT, CRIND), multimedia applications, back-office product and stock management system. At the same time, customers and partners of the alliance across Europe can rely on the training, maintenance and logistics centers at their disposal, to guarantee high quality end-to-end support.
