Key Innovations launch their latest Payment Terminal

Key Innovations announce the latest addition to their range of unattended payment terminals. The new KSD6000 is a powerful but compact customer facing terminal featuring a vibrant color display.  Customers are presented with a series of animated menus and images to guide them through available purchasing and payment options.

 This secure terminal supports current and emerging transaction technologies including new NFC contactless payments.  It also meets international standards for chip and PIN secured transactions. The new KSD6000 Unattended Payment Terminal from Key Innovations features a clear 3.2” color display capable of delivering dynamic, multi-media content. Animated menus and promotional media is easily created and uploaded to the terminal network using Secure Content BuilderTM a highly innovative and secure software tool.

The KSD6000 offers retailers a unique opportunity to deliver advertising and highly targeted promotions directly to customers during the payment process. Customers are protected against the theft of card data during the payment process by sophisticated multi-layer countermeasures at both hardware and software levels.

All payment terminals offered by Key Innovations utilize a uniquely secure PIN entry keypad. The KSP5000 PINpad™ features an internal cryptographic module to individually encrypt and transmit each and every key press. Data entered via the PINpad™ is never stored or transmitted ‘in clear text’. This ensures the highest level of data security as defined by PCI PTS (PIN Transaction Security) mandates. All PINpads™ and payment terminals offered by Key Innovations are equipped with highly sophisticated attack and tamper responsive sensors. Any attempt to breach these electronic countermeasures will cause all sensitive data to be immediately and irretrievably deleted. The KSD6000 is being officially unveiled in October.
