Germany: Scheidt & Bachmann Introduce EPAS Compatible Terminals

Scheidt & Bachmann will be one of the first suppliers of petrol
station systems to introduce EPAS compatible Outdoor Payment Terminals.
Scheidt & Bachmann is a long-standing member of the Electronic Protocols Application Software (EPAS) consortium and are actively involved in the development of the new universal POS protocol.
Scheidt & Bachmann have successfully implemented the EPAS interface
in their Electronic Payment Server (EPS) product and OPT hardware
platform. Scheidt & Bachmann has always had an innovative and
customer-oriented vision, this is clearly demonstrated by this
important development in cashless payment. With this integrated EPAS
and Scheidt & Bachmann OPT product we are now clearly well
positioned for the future of cashless transactions on the service
station throughout Europe.
