Leading manufacturer Tokheim has announced that it will make its latest news available for viewing via a dedicated YouTube channel. The service condenses the major news from the world’s largest supplier of fuel dispensing, retail automation and support services into professionally presented video.
“There has obviously been a huge shift in communications towards a digital platform. We want to interact and communicate with our customers and partners through the most effective methods. For instance, alongside our traditional printed newsletter, we also provide an email and online version – this condensed video version gives the market a quick overview of what has been going on in an entertaining way,” says Group Marketing Communication Manager David MacHale. “We have put increasing resources into our online communications and our social media platforms in particular over the last year, and we have been delighted with the response to our YouTube Channel as well as the level of interaction on our Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn pages.”
Tokheim’s first video is focused on company achievements in the third quarter, and includes an interview with company President Patrick Berthon, details of new ISO standards at the Dundee Manufacturing Facilities and a report on how UK fuel service stations are dealing with the cold weather conditions.
