FleetCor Acquires ICP Smart Concepts

FleetCor, the Global Fleet Card Company
has announced that it has signed definitive agreements to acquire the
fleet card company of ICP Smart Concepts, a leading provider of
commercial fuel card processing services to major oil clients in
Europe, Asia and Africa.
Commenting on the transaction,

Johan Vaatstra, Managing Director
and founder of ICP Smart Concepts, will assist in the transition and
stay actively involved with the business going forward. “FleetCor is
the global leader in fuel cards - I am excited to be joining efforts
with them,” said Johan. “I have no doubt that our existing and future
clients will benefit greatly from the combination.” Existing clients
include Chevron, Delek, and Q8.
