PetrolWorld is Official International Media Partner to FPS Expo in Dublin
FPS EXPO 2008, taking place from 23 & 24 April 2008 at the RDS,
Dublin, has over 100 exhibitors at the show with lots of interesting
new products and services being launched. Some of the new products and
innovations that will be exhibiting are outlined as follows.
Elaflex reeling hoses and hose couplings nozzles manufacturer will be
launching a lightweight reeling hose with a safety clamp type coupling.
Road Tanker manufacturer, Nutzfahrzeuge ROHR GmbH will be showcasing a
new tank designed for the carriage of Heavy Oils and middle
distillates. It employs innovative design of a cylindrical cone
rear section with a cylindrical-elliptical shaped front section, all
constructed in aluminium. The new tank also has the capacity of
38,000 litres single compartment and is constructed to meet all the
requirements for Class 3 ADR products.
Ledbury Welding, manufacturers of steel single skinned and bunded
storage tanks will be launching a Bio Diesel Bunded Tank at the Dublin
event. A selection of new lubrication equipment suitable for
garages, workshops, plant and industrial applications will be on show
for the first time to the industry on the Hytek GB stand.
Fort Vale Engineering, a Lancashire based manufacturer of stainless
steel valves and fittings for road tanker and tank container industries
will be utilising FPS EXPO 2008 to showcase the Safeload manual bottom
loading coupler that utilises the same unique trigger configuration as
the radical semi automatic from the same company.
Fleet management services operator, Mutec will be displaying the new
fully Automatic Powershift 12 Speed Gearbox, Mercedes Benz Actros
2451LS 6X2 ADR and the renowned Mercedes Benz Axor 2540 lS 6X” ADR.
FPS EXPO 2008 will be the launch pad for road tanker equipment
supplier, Alpeco Ltd’s new liquid controls TE550 electronic meter head
together with the new FV400 LP-1 Footvalve, developed to suit the
semi-trailer and rigid tanker market. The company will be giving
live demonstrations of the TE550’s capabilities throughout the show.
BKL Technology, IT software company will be demonstrating Refine, a new
software system aimed at fuel oil and lubricant distributors.
Integral to it are sophisticated CRM and workflow capabilities.
The company will also be running a daily competition to win an Apple
iPod.
Fozmula Ltd, designer and manufacturer of a range of liquid level
measuring, sensing and monitoring products for use with static and
mobile bulk fuel storage tanks will be launching a new ‘Bund
Alarm’. The company says it is simple to fit, use and
maintain. Using the company’s reliable and proven reed switch and
magnet technology, when the device detects a given level of liquid
ingress into the bund it pulses a sounder to warn of the condition.
The FPS EXPO 2008 will see a host of other new products and services
and will give industry professionals to take a look at all the latest
equipment and technology under one roof.
