Dresser Wayne Acquires Rohe Poland Hungary & Czech Republic

Dresser Wayne has announced this week the acquisition of the key Rohe
subsidiaries in Poland, Hungary, and Czech Republic in Eastern Europe.
Dresser Wayne also intends to complete the acquisition of the shares owned by A. Rohe Holding in Rohe Slovakia and
Bach-Rohe in Switzerland over the coming weeks. Neil Thomas,
Global President, Dresser Wayne said “We made this acquisition as part
of our strategy to further expand our global presence. We see
Rohe as a great fit with our existing operations and it will
enable us to expand and strengthen our aftermarket service
coverage across Central and Eastern Europe.”
Dresser also announced its intention to gradually rebrand the Rohe operations to Dresser Wayne.
“Rohe has been a very strong service provider to fuel service stations
across the region. We are committed to maintaining the
highest levels of customer service as we integrate the Rohe
operations into our existing European business,” said Damian Tracey,
President EMEA, Dresser Wayne.
