USA: Couche-Tard Places 42 Circle K Stores up for Sale

Alimentation Couche-Tard has put 42 of its Oklahoma stores up for sale with an asking price of $60m for the entire chain.
The firm, which has hired The Boulder Group as its advisers on the deal, says the Circle K-branded stores each have 12 years running on their current leasing agreement and are all guaranteed by the Laval, Quebec-based company. “This portfolio represents a rare opportunity for an investor to acquire a large portfolio of triple net leased properties leased to an investment-grade tenant,” said the President of The Boulder Group, Randy Blankstein.
