New Products: Zeppini have announced a new oil and water separator ZP-1000.
The new ZP-1000 was designed to treat the contaminated waters from
service stations, workshops, garages, and parking
facilities.
Compact and manufactured with innovations, ZP-1000 allows easier
installation. It is also cost effective with regards to operation
and maintenance. The flow rate is 1000 litres per hour for
the water inlet and outlets. The Zeppini 1000 water separator
consists of a box with a central barrier
with reservoirs constructed to drain the oil. There is a
three stage process
Stage One – The first separation occurs between the water and
oil more "free" in addition to the retention of heavy minerals
solids such as sand and stones that were not separated before entering
to the box. The flow is driven to the coalescing.
Stage Two – The flow is subjected to a regime flow controlled by
the joined elements in small oil drops (the phenomenon of the
coalescing) and due to lower density, go to the water surface to form a
skin oily.
Stage Three – The oil is driven to internal containments for subsequent elimination, according to the local legislation.
With this new development the company offers Oil & Water separators
for 1000lts/hour, 2000lts/hour and 5,000 lts/hour.
