South Africa: Maurice Radebe of Sasol Appointed Chairman of Sapia |

Maurice Radebe has been appointed Chairman of the South Africa Petroleum Industry Association (SAPIA).
Mr. Radebe is Managing Director of Sasol Oil. Prior to joining the
company in 2004, he was CEO of Exel Petroleum which has since been
incorporated into Sasol Oil in South Africa. Maurice has 18 years
operational and strategic senior managerial experience in the oil
industry and was responsible for the fuels marketing arm of Sasol
before being promoted to Managing Director. In his previous role as CEO
of Exel Petroleum, Maurice was instrumental in growing the company into
a fully fledged player in the oil industry.
