Chevron has taken the decision to return the management of Pembroke, Cardiff and Brighton terminals to full company control.
Employees working at these facilities will now be in Chevron
employment. Logistics manager for Chevron, Mr Mark White in Europe
said: “We made this decision in order to improve consistency in
standards across all of Chevron’s UK fuel storage facilities and align
the UK business with a key global strategy for Chevron to manage and
operate its own facilities rather than outsource the management to
third parties. From a customer perspective, there will be no
significant change with the same contact names and number and the same
quality Texaco-branded fuels.”
Texaco is the key Chevron company brand in Europe.
