Turkey: Petrol Ofisi Records Profit & Gets New Chairperson

Petrol Ofisi said in a statement that its net sales reached 13.69 billion TurkLira in 2009 with TL363m net profit.
Petrol Ofisi operates one of the largest fuel retail networks in
Turkey. The main shareholders of Petrol Ofisi are, Turkish
energy-to-media conglomerate Dogan Holding (54.1 per cent) and
Austria's energy giant OMV (41.5 per cent).
In the same week, Petrol Ofisi has appointed Hanzade Doğan Boyner as
its new chairwoman. Doğan Boyner will replace her father, Aydın Doğan,
who has stepped down, according to a filing with the Istanbul Stock
Exchange. “Our company’s board chairman, Aydın Doğan, has willingly
resigned from his post as chairman of the board of directors and member
of the board of directors. Hanzade Doğan Boyner has been appointed to
fill the vacant seat as chairwoman for the board while Yahya Üzdiyen
has been appointed as a board member,” said Petrol Ofisi in a statement.
