Tokheim Acquires Rohe Companies in Eastern Europe

Tokheim
has announced the acquisition of the Romanian, Serbian, Bulgarian,
Lithuanian and Latvian subsidiaries of the Rohé Group, an Austrian
holding company providing a full range of services including
maintenance, construction, installation and servicing of forecourt and
car wash equipment.
Tokheim already has a well established working relationship with the newly acquired teams, having worked in partnership with them for several years. As Tokheim is committed to further developing these markets, all Rohé employees will continue in their current positions under the new ownership structure.
“We are now the majority stakeholder, while the remaining equity has been acquired by the Executive Managers of these subsidiaries, who will continue in their roles” said Baudouin de la Tour, COO of Tokheim Group S.A.S., “we believe that this acquisition further enhances Tokheim’s global service network and offers opportunities that, with the commitment of stable existing local management teams with excellent track records, will benefit these new businesses and their customers”.
