Romania: Rompetrol SA to Delist from Rasdaq

Rompetrol Group which controls the Vega Oil Refinery is to delist Rompetrol SA from Rasdaq market.
The Rompetrol Group, majority shareholder of Rompetrol SA launched a squeeze-out offer of RON 0.26 per share for the remaining stake in the company. Rompetrol SA operates the Vega oil refinery. The Rompetrol Group currently controls 99% of Rompetrol SA shares and plans to delist the company from the Rasdaq market. The offer is worth some EUR 1.1 million, the Dutch-based oil company said.
