 A review contest "Best Filling Station" was arranged in OOO "Tatneft - AZS Center" Company. Fuel service station No. 380 (Almetyevsk branch) won the first place, station No. 6 (Chuvash branch) won the second place and station No. 425 (Chelny Branch) was given the third place.
The contest for the best fuel service station has been held in
the branches of Tatneft - AZS Center on the annual basis since 2006.
The goals of the contest are as follows: successful fulfillment of
production and investment programs, increasing the production standards
and creative activity of professionals and workers, as well as ensuring
the attractiveness of retail distribution network outlets of OAO
TATNEFT. Labour collectives operating the stations as well as the
ones rendering associated services to the branches take part in the
contest.
At the first phase of the competitive events the branches of Tatneft -
AZS Center Company determine the best among all their units. They gain
the right to participate at the final stage of the contest.
In accordance with the Provision on holding the contest the labour
collectives of stations carry out works on decoration and
maintenance of the facilities. Works of the nominees are assessed by a
10 point scale for each mandatory indicator taking into consideration
originality and quality of the work performed. As a result, in the
course of the integrated survey the stations participating at the final
stage of the contest the working commission determined the following
winners: station No. 380 (Almetyevsk, microdistrict "Yashlek"),
Almetyevsk Branch; station No. 376 (Saydashev Street, Bavly),
Bavly Branch: station No. 184 (intersection of Amirkhan and
Chetaev Streets, Kazan), Kazan Branch; station No. 216
("Zvezdny" microdistrict, Yoshkar-Ola), Mari Branch; station No.
426 (8-th km of "Togliatti-Yagodnoye" highway, JV " Yagodnoye",
Stavropolsky district, Samara Oblast), Samara Branch; station
No. 425, (highway N 1, Avtozavodskoy Prospect, Naberezhnye Chelny),
Chelny Branch; station No. 6 (50, Mira Street, Cheboksary),
Chuvash Branch; station No. 386 (153-rd km of "Saransk
Ulyanovsk" highway P-178, Ureno - Karlinsky village, Karsunsky region,
Ulyanovsk Oblast), Ulyanovsk Branch.
Presentation of diplomas to the winners of the contest will take place
on August 5, 2011 during announcement of results of the professional
skill competition among the workers in essential occupations (station superintendents, station operators, filling operators of
tankers, mechanics and electricians).
