Asia Sdn Bhd, has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Phare du
Four Gmbh, to incorporate a joint venture company in Schutterwald,
Germany under the name of Hexagon Europe Gmbh.
The incorporation of Hexagon Europe is to undertake the business of
corporate retail signages in the European market. Hexagon Europe shall
serve as a regional hub for global and local customers to support the
sales, marketing, distribution as well as providing warehousing and
sub-assembly facilities.
Hexagon Europe will be in a position to receive orders from European

The European market is an exciting new segment for the Hexagon Group
and this new entity marks the launch pad for the group to grow its
