Pan European Petrol Retail Conference at Automechanika

On Wednesday 17th September, the first PetrolWorld Pan European Petrol
Retail Conference will take place at the new Movenpick Hotel Frankfurt.
Located at entrance 3 to Automechanika and close to the petrol
retail and car wash exhibits. Registration and full details will be
available on 6th May 2008.
The first PetrolWorld Pan European Conference will bring together
key operators and suppliers from the European petrol retail and fuel
distribution market together. The Conference will look at the
current trends and developments of the European refueling service
station and look to the future refuelling service station and the
implications for all concerned.
The European petrol retail and fuel distribution market has gone
through incredible change in recent years. EU enlargement has created
new international market players as well as a huge growth in activity
levels.
Major oil company strategies have changed dramatically in relation to
fuel distribution and the location and operation of their service
station networks. National and independent oil companies have crossed
borders to become international players. Independent companies
have grown and expanded. Also new companies have come into Europe
and invested or purchased downstream facilities and distribution
networks.
