Gilbarco Veeder-Root has acquired Fafnir GmbH, based in Hamburg. Fafnir
offers a broad range of tank gauging and vapor monitoring technology
for fueling operators, as well as sensing products for the process
industry.
The Portuguese government may consider selling stakes in oil company
Galp Energia SGPS SA, utility EDP-Energias de Portugal SA, grid
operator REN-Redes Energeticas Nacionais SA and airline TAP SGPS SA as
part of a plan to cut the country’s debt.
