Germany: Muller Offenburg Forced Insolvency

 The loss of two key orders in the steel construction side of the
business together with the financial credit crunch have created the
circumstances for unsustainable operations.
The Management of Müller Offenburg GmbH Issued an statement and filed
for insolvency with the local Court of Offenburg on Wednesday, 24
September 2008. However current projects in the ‘service-station
construction’ will be carried on without disruption and that the
operations of the company will continue.
