Euronet Worldwide Inc.’s prepaid subsidiary, Transact, has signed a
deal with Aral AG, one of Germany’s largest operator of petrol stations.
Aral is a wholly owned subsidiary of Deutsche BP AG, the German subsidiary of BP PLC.
According to a news release, Transact will provide an electronic top-up

“At Aral, we aim to provide everything our customers would need when
they are on the road, in addition to fuel and lubricants," said Nicola
Butterwegge, Aral head of CM Non Food. "Our partnership with Transact
enables us to provide a wide-range of popular prepaid communication and
entertainment products to our customers through Transact’s convenient
and secure e-top-up system, whenever and wherever they might be
traveling in Germany.”
