Croatia will sign a new shareholders agreement with Hungary's MOL ,the
management of oil concern INA, in which the MOL is the largest
shareholder.
"The amended agreement will be signed Jan 30, with the position of the chief executive going to a representative of MOL," state news agency Hina reported after a government session. MOL owns 47.15 percent of INA after buying a 22.15 percent stake in a public tender last September.
Early on Thursday, trading in MOL shares on the Budapest Stock Exchange had been suspended at the company's request, MOL spokeswoman Dora Somlyai told local media.
