Croatia: Lukoil to Develop its Own Network

CEO in Lukoil Croatia Nikolaj Ivcikov has told local media that the
company does not intend to takeover INA and MOL.
The company plans to invest approximately
USD 200mn in the following five years in Croatia to build its own
networks of 75-100 petrol stations, Ivcikov added. Lukoil has announced
that it acquired oil company Europa Mil, which had nine petrol stations
located in Zagreb and Split.
