According to local media, MOL and the Croatian government are close to
reaching an agreement on the management of Croatian MOL affiliate INA.
If the proposal is approved, the INA supervisory board may approve
unanimous decisions, while the President will be nominated by the
Croatian government. The proposal is for MOL to have 5 of the total 9
seats on the board. No information is yet available on makeup of the
future board of directors. The Croatian government is hopeful that the
agreement may be finalized in the coming period. The Croatian
media did not comment on the size or form of ownership MOL would
acquire in INA.
