ZCL’s rustproof fiberglass tanks
fulfill all the requirements of a worry-free, cost-effective solution
for the environmentally safe containment of petroleum products and other
hazardous liquids.
ZCL’s underground fiberglass tanks are constructed of non-corrosive FRP composite material and premium quality grade resin. They are marketed under the trade names Prezerver®, and Greentank®
and are available in both double wall and single wall options as well
as in one, two or three compartments. Safe and durable, ZCL fiberglass
tanks have become the #1 choice for environmentally safe storage of
petroleum products.
- ZCL's underground fiberglass tanks are manufactured with
corrosion-resistant materials inside and out which eliminates the
possibility of leaks caused by internal or external rust.
- ZCL fiberglass tanks are unaffected by stray-current electrolysis
and cathodic interference, alkaline or acidic soil conditions. There is
no needfor expensive corrosion monitoring systems and no expensive
maintenance or premature replacement due to corrosion.
- Integral rib design manufactured simultaneously and with the same
resin as the tank for added strength allows burial up to seven feet in
wet or dry soil conditions while preventing rib de-lamination.
- Because of their flexible design options, ZCL's fiberglass tanks
adapt very easily to a variety of applications and are compatible with
gasoline, gasohol, diesel fuels, oils, aviation fuels, alcohol-blended
fuels, waste oil, fire-protection water, waste and potable water, and a
variety of chemicals
- With ZCL fiberglass tanks, there are no corrosion worries, no
environmental pollution worries caused by leaks, no costly
decontamination, no shutdowns, no legal liabilities, fines and expensive
and continual maintenance or premature replacement due to corrosion.
Even after many years of trouble-free service, ZCL fiberglass tanks can
be exhumed, re-certified by the manufacturer and re-installed in new
locations . a true long-term asset! Why? The non-corrosive nature of
fiberglass.
