Efficient and economical:  the basic model TAURUS.

The truck wash unit TAURUS is a self-propelled, fully automatic controlled wash unit with double side brush bearings. This unit is especially designed for durability thanks to its robustly welded and completely galavanised steel portal. Control of the roof and side brushes succeeds electronically, so that the applied brush pressure is controlled to ensure an especially gentle wash.

The logically designed machine construction and the worldwide proven drive devices, as well as, the exceptional manufacturing knowledge and experience put into the development of Christ products are central components of this wash unit's design.

This is how the TAURUS functions:


The wash cylinders are controlled electronically (MPC), which regulates the applied brush pressure for a contour-following, gentle and effective vehicle wash. 

The truck and bus wash unit, TAURUS, is just the right unit for commercial wash unit operators due to it's standard program package, with which trucks, trailers, solo-trailers, omnibusses, travel buses, station wagons, vans and passenger vehicles can be washed.

 Rolled, full-profile travelling tracks according to the hall's length and a service terminal with clear text display for program selection are included in this wash unit's basic machine equipment.

 The TAURUS has been designed using a modular construction system, which also makes this unit just the right solution for every fleet park.
 Further sensible equipment, such as wheel guiding tubes, side cylinders and roof cylinder splash protection can also be optionally obtained. The modular construction system also enables the TAURUS to be upgraded with smart accessory equipment for each particular wash unit employment.



Truck with trailer

Interspace washing with the wash program "truck with trailer". A safety function prevents the wash cylinders from coming into contact with the drawbar and coupler.

 Frequency controlled moving gear motors guarantee jolt-free and therefore low-wear movement of the unit. Short wash times can be carried out with unit moving speeds from 6-18 m/min.

Optimally applied brush pressure guarantees a gentle vehicle wash.  


Electronic control of the wash cylinders serves for a contour-following, gentle and yet very effective vehicle wash.

Oscillating special high-pressure

The perfect complement for every wash unit, for washing vehicles with special forms such as silo vehicles and other special-purpose vehicles.


Four electro-motoric oscillating high-pressure jet devices powerfully spray vehicles during the wash sequence. Each side of the wash unit is equipped with high-pressure point-of-spray jets spraying in opposite directions.



Manual pre-cleaning work carried out by the pre-wash personnel is considerably reduced with the JETSTREAM.
