We look forward to presenting to our visitors our new and improved roll-over wash unit VARIUS, our three new roll-over wash unit models PRIMUS, VARIUS 1+1 and SIRIUS.
 All units fulfil the requirements of the VDA official seal for wash units.
 
PRIMUS: Only the new roll-over wash unit PRIMUS has two side blowers that move in angled towards the vehicle. The wash customer experiences vehicle drying at the most technically advanced level, which in turn secures a good average wash price.


The energy effeciency of this unit is impressive. Side blower motor performance could be reduced from 4 kW to 3 kW hrough means of these move-in side blowers. Less energy consumption means less costs per wash and higher earnings.


The roof blower device drying concept is completed by the revolutionary drying system "Opti-Air“. Christ has developed the first intelligent roof blower control, which individually adjusts to the respective vehicle form.  Better drying results on all vehicle forms for stronger customer loyalty. 

New premium segment vehicle classes of SUVs and Vans make it necessary to be able to thoroughly dry higher vehicle side surfaces - even this is possible with the new PRIMUS.


A new add-on component for vehicle drying gives the operator the possibility to exclusively offer this to an exact customer group. That opens new, attractive customer potential.
 


VARIUS 1+1:  Christ AG presents the new roll-over wash unit VARIUS 1+1 fFor the high-speed segment. Improving energy efficiency was also put in the foreground in this segment. The blowing performance was reduced by optimised blowing geometry from 4 x 5,5 kW to 4 x 4 kW. Same performance at lower operation costs.


Faster operation sequences, thus shortened wash times, through a new type of foam and oscillating high-pressure system.  Improved wash performance and profits in top times.


Machine optic can be individually adapted. Whether running program display or illuminated fields with pictograms - all is possible. Consumer trust in the VARIUS 1+1 is created by optimum customer communication and attractive machine politic.


SIRIUS: The new roll-over wash unit SIRIUS is conceived for small petrol stations and also for car dealerships. The galvanized and pulver coated portal frame, the complete unit panelling in special plastic and also the accessory equipment are produced in tried and true Christ quality. Highest quality for a long machine life.


Through the completely newly developed blower concept, only Christ was capable of performing vehicle drying with just two 5,5 kW blower devices for roof and side drying. In this way, the SIRIUS basic model is equipped for wash capacity up to 1.700 mm. The drying cycle can succeed quickly with this blower technology. The SIRIUS has a wash capacity of up to 1.200 washes per month, which makes it a perfect machine for highly frequented operations. Individual machine design is possible any time by free front panelling and wash material colour selection.


CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION: 

Demands for clear, simple, user-friendly control are fulfilled with the new, attractive service terminals. Christ presents the newest trends and tommorows standards in service interfaces / payment systems. Come and see the newly developed indication system "C-MA", which shows optimum customer communication possibilities available today.


SKYWING – The modern DIY-Wash bay system

Innovative and modern steel construction design for modern optics and transparency - above all in connection with glass partition walls.  Widened wash bays offer wash customers best possible comfort while washing.  As a further highlight, Christ offers the additional wash program XXL-foam for all DIY-Wash bay systems.  This combination enables all operators to be able to increase their average wash price. 
XXL-foam is applied for loosening dirt before the high-pressure wash. 




HURRICANE – The high-performance and compact central vacuum unit


High suction performance and optimum movement freedom while vacuuming ensure increased user frequency. The new  HURRICANE basic model is equipped with a frequency converter and automatically regulates suction performance in conjunction with opened suction areas. This in turn optimises electricity consumption. A newly developed filter chamber (Easy-Waste-Box) enables simple cleaning of the unit.



TAURUS – The high-performance truck & bus wash unit


The perfect wash unit with side cylinders on double side brush bearings for commercial wash operation and dispatch companies. JETSTREAM, a high-pressure wash device, which professionally cleans dump trucks, waste disposal trucks and silo trains, considerably reduces personnel for manual pre-washing and reduces personnel costs and time.
 
HYBRID TECHNOLOGY – The intelligent high-performance wash tunnel


Sturdy stainless steel wash portals with wash cylinder technology designed for high conveyor speeds. The operator can decide between hydraulic cylinder drives or electric drives in combination with frequency converter (energy and cost-saving, cylinder rotation via frequency converter can be individually set).  The new foam / wax arch, the plastic plate conveyor and the new drying blower generation AEROFLEX round off the perfect wash tunnel.



WASH-MANAGER – The perfect cash register and customer loyalty system


Professional customer loyalty system with customer cards (Prepaid cards with integrated transponder as prepaid cards or flatrate cards) for optimisation of marketing and personnel planning.


WASH-MANAGER WT: Cashier system with service counter - pre-wash personnel oriented service.  Simple, understandable, fraud-safe, video monitoring and data connection to the backoffice server system (customer / profit administration).


WASH-MANAGER WPS: Usage of customer cards also on DIY-Wash park


WASH-MANAGER ROW: Operation of roll-over wash unit with cash and customer cards
