 Blendco Systems, LLC has become a wholly owned subsidiary of DuBois Chemicals, a leading specialty chemicals manufacturing company based in Sharonville, Ohio. Founded in 1920, DuBois Chemicals is a leading specialty chemical and applications provider to the manufacturing industry in North America.
The company’s focus is to forge sustainable partnerships with customers
that also reduce total cost through the delivery of innovative solutions
that are lean, green and clean. DuBois specializes in the areas of
metal finishing/paint pretreatment, water/wastewater treatment,
maintenance/equipment cleaning, and transportation cleaning.
The two companies see great prospects in combining Blendco’s strong and
growing share of the car wash detergent market together with DuBois’
“large vehicle” wash business – including trucks, trains and buses. The
combined business will operate under the continued leadership of Laurie
Sherman and Brent McCurdy, Blendco’s management team.
