 The new state-of-the-art roll-over, model TK.Explorer, delivers high-level performances to meet the most demanding user’s requirements. It features a catchy designed, characterised by the ABS or aluminum top fairing and the LED traffic lights, which make the positioning of the vehicle, in self-serve operation, easier.
 The gantry is operated by PLC technology. TK.Explorer is equipped with motorised brushes. A particularly extensive range of high pressure pre-wash and drying
groups characterises this roll-over.
The top contour following dryer,
which carries out first the high pressure cycle and then the drying
cycle, is most certainly worth mentioning.
Similarly to the whole range of AE roll-overs, it can fully operate in self-serve mode.
A wide range of accessories and options allows a customised configuration of the equipment.
Main Features:
· Single gantry with three brushes and hot-dip galvanized frame;
· Three wash heights: 2300 mm, 2500 mm, 2800 mm;
· Gantry moving by VFD driven motors;
· Side brushes travelling with VFD driven motors;
· Side brushes controlled by AUTOEQUIP current sensing device;
· Overlapping brushing on the front and rear of the vehicle;
· Slanted side brushes to perfectly adapt to the vehicle profile;
· Top contour-following brush, with electric rise & fall movement, controlled by AUTOEQUIP current sensing device;
· Electronic control by PLC.
