MFG has announced that it has signed a deal to rebrand as Costcutter stores, replacing its agreement with Palmer and Harvey. The company said that the transition will take from now to March to complete as it refits its stores with a Costcutter façade and signage.
“Shop income is becoming increasingly more important to forecourt operators like us,” said Tony Walker, MFG’s Non-Fuel director. “We are investing significant sums of capital in improving the look and feel of our convenience stores and with Costcutter on board, We will be offering our customers a range of quality products, attractive prices and regular product promotions.”
The company’s Connect’/Wild Bean Café stores will also be converted. The first station to be converted will be at the Swanwick Service Station at Alfreton, Derbyshire.
