CNOOC plans to build nine LNG receiving terminals along the Chinese coast, said the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) in an announcement recently. Among the nine LNG receiving terminals, three are already up and running.
According to SASAC, CNOOC also plans to set up 15 CNG service stations, as the company steps up its
application of clean energy.
In addition, CNOOC will invest 5 billion yuan for a 200,000-unit automotive battery capacity.
