Azerbaijan: SOCAR Expects 1.8m barrels of Exports from Supsa in January

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) plans to ship crude totalling 1.8m barrels from the Supsa port in January, according to local media. Gun.az, citing SOCAR, said that the oil will be exported in three lots of 600,000 barrels.
The shipments will be made within the framework of an agreement between SOCAR and a consortium headed by BP. The Baku-Supsa pipeline will be utilised, according to the report.
