Negotiations have broken down between an independent petrol retail dealer and United Petroleum
United Petroleum says it's stopped talking to the Salib family, which
has been operating the Perth service station for two months. The family now claims it's been locked out of the business.
The Salibs claimed United was trying to unfairly evict them from the station, which is also their family home.
The General Manager of United Petroleum, David Szymczak, says the
Salibs have not passed on the sales from the petrol, and have bad food
hygiene.
The Salibs deny these claims. Mr Szymczak says United is now preparing to pursue legal action against the family.
