As part of its commitment to employee welfare and a focus on
occupational health and safety, Emirates National Oil has strengthened
its healthcare services with an in-house clinic for staff.
The newly relocated clinic, situated in the ENOC Complex in Dubai,
offers staff members occupational health services, including health
evaluations, and awareness campaigns. The strategic health safety
initiative is led by ENOC’s Health & Safety Department.
Currently managed by qualified and experienced specialists, including
two Occupational Health Physician Specialists and four experienced
nurses, the clinic is also in the process of bringing on board a third
doctor. There are plans to engage a part-time industrial or
occupational physiotherapist to help in rehabilitation consultation for
specific occupational injuries and illnesses.
Saeed Abdullah Khoory, ENOC Group Chief Executive, said: "By relocating
the clinic to the ENOC Complex, we have enhanced the efficiency of the
service delivery to business units and have provided better
access to all ENOC GroupENOC GroupLoading... employees. This not only
gives employees the flexibility of availing of the clinic's services
conveniently, but also emphasises the focus of the Group in ensuring
the well-being of the staff."
