A delegation from Dubai Taxi Corporation visited Emirates General
Petroleum Corporation "Emarat" to have a close look at its leading
retail experience in the field of managing and developing human
resources.
The delegation was introduced to various processes and procedures
adopted by Emarat when choosing and training its employees who work in
its service stations considering their vital role in projecting a
bright image of Corporation.
Dr. Rahma Bin Mohammad Al Shamsi, Retail Sales Manager at Emarat, said
that the Corporation takes pride in its unique experience in the field
of HR development and management and welcomes all who wish to learn and
draw up on Emarat's expertise.
He said that Emarat constantly seeks to upgrade the capabilities of its
staff through offering the adequate and healthy work environment, and
implementing various initiatives aiming at rewarding excellent
performers and motivating them to exert more efforts, as well as
organizing many educational, social and sport events, the thing which
enhances communication, harmony and fellowship, and strengthens the
"One Family" concept.
Al Shamsi added that the Corporation also focuses on continuous staff
training as it increases efficiency and productivity, develops and
updates employees' expertise, skills and information, heightens their
interest in work and further encourages them towards achieving
excellence and creativity and at the same time reinforces their
