South Africa: Stow Announces Agreement with Postec

Continuing with its strategy of establishing value-added relationships
with other Industry experts in the African fuel and oil industry, Stowe
has announced the formal conclusion of a Distributorship Agreement with
Postec Data systems of New Zealand
Stowe and Postec’s goals are to utilise and jointly benefit from
Stowe’s comprehensive experience as a professional systems integrator,
technical services provider and to establish an enhanced industry
offer. This will include the integration of the Postec product(s) to
other Fuel Management systems, including method of payment (MOP)
systems and electronic, peripheral devices designed for various
functions in- and-around service station applications.
Henk Stander, Stowe’s CEO commented: “...The relationship between Stowe
and Postec will have far-reaching benefits for our joint customers, now
and in the imminent future. Stowe’s strategic drive to formally
associate ourselves with global, industry players and to integrate our
proprietary knowledge and vast experience with such entities makes this
distributorship arrangement unique in its value to our customers”
Peter Cribbens, Postec’s Managing Director commented: "Postec is
committed to providing its customers with high quality reliable
products and services based on the pursuit of affordable excellence. In
addition Postec is committed to ensure Distributors and Customers
receive these products and services on time and that their stated needs
are met in full.”
He continued: “…As Managing Director I therefore believe it is
essential to this Company's operations that Distributors are provided
with high quality products at an affordable price. Products with
minimal down-time and easy to maintain, products that they can sell,
install and accept first line and second line support for, with
confidence.”
The deal was brokered earlier in the year by both
parties and is part of a larger programme from Postec to develop a
quality network of distributors around the world.
