South Africa: Mossel Bay Refinery Fire Affects Fuel Production

PetroSA, South Africa’s state oil company, said a fire broke out at its
refinery in the southern town of Mossel Bay on Dec. 25, affecting fuel
production.
“The refinery is not fully operational,” Thabo Mabaso, a spokesman for the Cape Town-based company reported. “We will only know the full extent of the damage and how production has been affected by the end of the week.”
