Nigeria: Downstream Operators Converge Ahead of Deregulation

Companies operating in the downstream sector are set to meet in Abuja for the latest Africa Oil Trading and Logistics Expo (OTL Africa Downstream). The event, to be opened by Minister for Petroleum Resources Diezani Alison-Madueke, will run from November 2 to 4.
Speakers at the conference will include Chief Executives from all major petroleum regulatory organisations and several private companies, covering topics including marketing, trading, financing, logistics, storage and pricing. The event has won the support of key stakeholders including the Major Oil Marketers Association of Nigeria (MOMAN), the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN), the Petroleum Products Pricing and Regulatory Agency (PPPRA), the Petroleum Equalisation Management Board (PEFMB), the Ministry of Petroleum Resources and the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC).
