Burundi: KenoilKobil Completes Oil Burundi Acquisition

KenolKobil has announced the official completion of the Oil Burundi SA acquisition from Engen.
Kobil Burudi SA has now officially commenced fuel product sales in
Burundi with a clear strategy for distribution throughout the
country. This will be achieved through the newly acquired
network, through the independnet service station and commercail
sectors. The programme also includes the Kobil Lubricant brand.
KenolKobil is confident about the petrol retail and commercial markets
in Burundi. It aims to achieve 10% market share within the next
next 12 to 15 months. The company also seeks to expand it fuel
product network as well as raise the profile of the KenolKobil brand
throughout Burundi.
